JOB FUNCTION
Direct/Manage/Supervise technical team to support multiple datacenters and office networks
Serving as the primary contact for offshore operational support
Own management of operational efficiency
Recruits, mentors, and builds an effective organization in support of the network operation
Facilitate onboarding of new network deliveries to operations
Knowledgeable and lead cross functional teams through projects with competing priorities
Serve as escalation point for proactively research and troubleshoot
Implement and maintain quality control measures
Accountable for Epsilon network operations
Accountable for resolving all project level, cross-functional and escalations
Manage client expectations for data communications connectivity and related services to Epsilon products and applications, throughout project(s) lifecycle
High organizational skills
Ability to handle multi-tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work efficiently and productively with minimal direction or guidance
Capable of exercising extreme discretion and independent judgment
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence
Perform basic support concepts such as ticketing systems, root cause analysis and task prioritization
Maintains operational excellence in the ITIL service delivery processes and framework
