We Are Hiring - Team Leaders for Inbound Process

Qualification: Graduate /10+2+Diploma( 15 Years of education)

Location: Bangalore -Near RNS motors, off Hosur road, G B Palya, Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs as Team Leader in Telecom process

Salary : 3L to 4L

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Motivate and inspire team members to perform.

2. Ensure discussions, Pre & Post session, and Provide guidance to the team based on management directions

3. Achieving the Daily KPI’s such as login hours, AHT, Quality & satisfaction surveys.

4. Call and email auditing to identify areas of improvement agent wise. Prepare feedback and coaching plans to ensure all the agents achieve the desired results.
