PROFILE - Technical Sales Executive ( Office Job)

Location - Gaur City,Noida(Candidates belongs to Gaur city,Noida itself would be preffered first)

A dynamic professional - (CS/IT/EC),BCA,MCA,(IT),Diploma equivalent to engineering.

Shift Timing-Night

EXPERIENCE:: Minimum 6 Months Experience in an inbound and outbound process with an International BPO/ITES.

Preferably experienced candidates may apply.

Freshers candidates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.

Meal at work.

JOB PROFILE:-

Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.

Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.

Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.

Open to feedback & learning.

Accurately capturing required customer details.
