Formula required(Vlookup,Sumifs,Countifs,Text,Len,Pivort)

Work- Team Handling Of 8-10 Tele Callers, Handle Issue, Customer Quarries, Problem Solving, Manage Roster, Lead Genaration, Daily Reports Submition, email Followup and cordinate with courier patner etc.
