PURPOSE OF POSITION
Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Australian customers
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow procedures methodically to accurately respond to client requests for information including smoke alarm quote, compliance status, invoice requests, inspection status updates.
Provide clients with information relating to smoke alarm legislations in various states and territories.
Provide quotes and information to clients relating to upgrading their smoke alarm system.
Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of new property lists.
Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client and technician work orders
Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client invoices
ELIGIBILITY-
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
WORK CULTURE-
Work from office.
5 days a week with 2 rotational off
