1. Servicing a portfolio of clients in the Forex marketplace by reporting trends and providing general market information to clients.

2. Contacting clients to provide general market updates.

3. Utilizing retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction

4.. Gathering information about the customer complaints.

5. Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.

6. Building positive relationship with customers and business associates.

7. Minimum 2+ experience.
