Job Description

- LOVE to talk, especially on the phone

- Have Experience in USA/Canada English-based inbound/outbound sales and/or lead generation experience

- Excellent written and spoken English skills

- A huge plus if they have undergone US accent training

- A huge plus if they have studied, lived, or worked in the US, Canada, UK, Australia

- A good understanding of US/western culture

- Ideally someone who likes to read, watch, or listen to English movies, songs, news, etc.

- Are a great listener and thinker on the phone, able to draw out and understand customer's hopes, dreams, desires and needs

- Have a highly perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problems and overcome objections in real-time

- Build relationships with the customers you talk to

- Are an intelligent quick learner

- Sound energetic, passionate and enthusiastic on the phone

- Are aggressive, highly competitive, and handle pressure very well

- Are a team player who freely shares with and adopts knowledge and improvements from fellow team members

- Have a basic knowledge of computers and business applications like MS Word/MS Excel
