We are urgently hiring Customer Service Executives for bulk positions to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer service database.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Attend training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.

Required Qualifications
