Salary:8,000 -12,000/- Per Month & upto3,000/- Incentives Provided(Based on Performance)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Tele-Caller (Inbound) to handle customer calls and verify business documents. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent communication skills in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls professionally and assist customers with their queries.

Verify business documents as per company guidelines.

Accurately update customer details and verification status in the system.

Maintain proper records in MS Excel and internal software.

Follow up with customers if required for additional verification.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Required Skills :

Good communication skills in Hindi

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Benefits:

Fixed salary between 8,000-12,000/- Per Month.

Performance-based incentives up to 3,000/-per Month
