Roles and Responsibilities :
*Should be willing to work Day Shifts.
*We are hiring for the role of Quality Analyst for the Domestic voice process. ( Inbound voice to be preferred).
*Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a QA in BPO.
*To identify the training/coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager.
*To give need-based coaching and feedback inputs to the process floors, and undertake quality-based floor initiatives, resulting in continuous improvement in performance and quality.
*Coaching the agents according to the observations made while monitoring.
Desired Candidate Profile :
*Candidate Should have experience as Quality Analyst in a BPO voice process
*Quality Experience on papers is mandatory.
*Experience in the BPO industry is mandatory.
