- BS or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems Engineering or Mathematics.

- 8+ years of technology experience in one of the following: software development or architecture.

- 5+ years of BPM experience

- 2+ years of Camunda experience

- Comprehensive understanding of Camunda Process Engine, BPMN , DMN

- Hands on experience on Microservices development using Java Spring

- Experience and knowledge of performance optimization for microservices, Camunda Process Engine

- In depth knowledge of the Camunda Database and Rest APIs

- Experience of agile development cycle using Scrum, including backlog development, iteration planning, and iteration tracking.

- Knowledge of the Financial Services or Workflow industry.

- Knowledge of robust data systems like retail will be good

- Must be capable to work under minimum supervision and be a teammate.

- Experience or certification in Cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Architecture.

- Conceptual understanding of Security, Vulnerabilities, Load balancing, clustering, throughput, cloud, caching.

- Experience in API patterns, scaling and resiliency architecture is essential.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team collaboration and partnerships across a variety of internal and external technology teams.
