Managing all aspects of daily operations, production, front office, and vendor/customer/employee relations.

Daily activities included, but were not limited to, supporting a team of 17 employees with their daily duties while maintaining employee engagement, quality, safety, cost efficiency and customer service standards.

Providing coaching and new hire training when necessary, managing the disposal of hazardous waste materials.

Adhering to the bay area air quality and EPA standards, parts management (ordering, returning, organizing, receiving, stocking, inventory, parts reconciliation, documentation, and cost management).

Estimating and managing work orders, maintaining and developing relationships with vendors and partners.

Running various errands to ensure logical and high impact activities were being organized allowing us to meet deadlines and expectations.

Maintaining the employee morale and increasing production through employee appreciation and performance.
