Responsibilities:
greet, serve customers with a smile. always be groomed and in uniform.
conduct joint inspection with the customer of their vehicle
take proper inventory of vehicle with proper remarks and ticks in the inventory sheets
take signature of the customer on the inventory sheet / job card once the inspection is complete
ensure all details related to customer –contact number, email ID, Residence address, vehicle number etc. are mentioned in the Job card
give customers the right advice & recommendation based on the vehicles service history
furnish reasonable initial estimate of service with the customer
assist with customer’s insurance assessment, claim process & other processing requirement, paper work, etc
provide a well calculated time of delivery & cost of repairs considering all operational factors
coordinate with JC for service after the insurance company’s go ahead & customers prior approval on estimate
inform customer about the additional jobs, cost involved and proceed after prior approval / supplementary insurance assessment
ensure that demanded jobs by customer are completed on time & within estimated cost, with best body repair &paint finish quality
exceed customers’ expectations and resolves queries
achieve the set targets in terms of parts selling, labour billing, VAS, tyres, batteries, ATW, RSA
attend reqd number of customers/cars per day as per the dealership norms
achieve the set qualities targets in terms of complaint incidence, PSF score, Zero repeat repair etc
follow up & be responsible for the recovery of all outstanding payment from insurance company/customer
ensure body shop to service conversion for all vehicles which are due for service
ensure customers VOC is translated into accurate required jobs
follow up with parts manager for ordered parts receipts & keep the customer updated on status
assist the customer with quick billing and delivery
solicit customers feedback, for improvement and act upon them
