Job Title: Body Shop Advisor (Fresher & Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs.
Explain the repair process, services offered, and estimated timelines.
Provide detailed estimates for repair costs and seek customer approval.
Coordination:
Schedule repair appointments and coordinate with technicians.
Track the progress of repairs and keep customers informed.
Liaise with insurance companies to handle claims and approvals.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of services performed.
Ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Quality Control:
Inspect vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality standards are met.
Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly.
Sales Support:
Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist in achieving sales targets for the body shop department.
Qualifications:
Education: A diploma or degree in automotive technology/Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of automotive repair processes.
Customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
