We are looking for experienced and fresher Beauty & Massage therapist to perform beauty treatments, massages and wellness therapies depending on guests' needs and preferences. The therapist's responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, informing guests of services, packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests needs. You should also be able to recommend additional services and up-sell.

Job Responsibilities:

Performing different types of beauty treatments, massages and wellness therapies.

Maintaining detailed records of beauty treatments, massages and therapies performed on each guest.

Communicating with guests during beauty treatment & massages to achieve the desired result of the guest.

Resolving guest complaints and reporting it to the supervisor.

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.

Explaining services beauty treatments, massages and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.

Ensuring adequate stock, drafting stock report and purchase list to the supervisor.

Enquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing any services.

Candidate Criteria:

Education: No Bar

Experience: 0 - 1 ( Freshers Welcome)

The ability to work (Stand) for extended periods.

Good organizational skills.

Good communication skills.

Good customer service skills.

Patience and respect.
