BMS Operator

TECH RA CONSULTANT

Responsibilities

Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building

management system (BMS) . data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.

Analyse the behaviour of the plants with respect to the set point and setting up the various

control parameters.

Use the historical logged data of various plants to review the system and propose

improvements in order to enhance the system efficiency and / or reduce the operation cost

as well as improve the services provided.

Integrate and communicate effectively with other technical staff whenever an error or alarm

is encountered.

Carry out project activities as directed by company and adhere to Risk Assessments and

Standard Operating Procedures.

Candidate requirements

Electro-mechanical/HVAC diploma; certificate/training in Control Systems

Minimum 5 years Gulf experience working as a BMS Operator

Has an advance knowledge with BMS systems in commercial buildings or other facilities

management building services engineering environment.
