BMS Operator

TECH RA CONSULTANT

Responsibilities

 Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building

management system (BMS) . data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.

 Analyse the behaviour of the plants with respect to the set point and setting up the various

control parameters.

 Use the historical logged data of various plants to review the system and propose

improvements in order to enhance the system efficiency and / or reduce the operation cost

as well as improve the services provided.

 Integrate and communicate effectively with other technical staff whenever an error or alarm

is encountered.

 Carry out project activities as directed by company and adhere to Risk Assessments and

Standard Operating Procedures.

Candidate requirements

 Electro-mechanical/HVAC diploma; certificate/training in Control Systems

 Minimum 5 years Gulf experience working as a BMS Operator

 Has an advance knowledge with BMS systems in commercial buildings or other facilities

management building services engineering environment.
