Roles and Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy.
Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations.
Maintaining the client relationship & acquisition.
Maintaining monthly MIS reports.
Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism.
Build a mature and knowledgeable team.
Be able to match appropriate products to clients requirements.
Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits.
Meeting sales and revenue targets decided for the period.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have 05-10 yrs of experience in Sales of industrial consumable products.
He should have strong network building and management skills.
Should be able to liaise with the manufacturer for their range of products/ able to build own team and sales network to sell the products across the country.
Knowledge of imports would be an added advantage.
Ability to lead, influence & collaborate.
Strong business & financial acumen.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to communicate at senior business levels.
Qualification :
Any Dgree / Dpiloma in Plastic
