BIO MEDICAL ENGINEER SALES
Job Responsibility
• Responsible for the developing and executing sales strategies to optimize sales, growth, market penetration, and profitability in medical device.
• Responsible for expanding medical device development business including but not limited to concept development, technology feasibility, full product development and focused problem solving.
• Serve as sales lead in specific target market areas regardless of geography. Attend conferences and trade shows that focus on these markets.
• Maintain and build effective relationships with key and target accounts, healthcare industry leaders and industry associations.
• Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals.
• Qualify viable leads and communicate them to appropriate team members for further evaluation and support. Work with proposal team to craft winning strategies. Develop strong relationships with key internal operations (technical) and management personnel.
• Responsible for delivering against personal and business unit financial targets, including sales, gross margin and contribution margin.
• Identify and work with Marketing and Technical team to champion appropriate internal investments to solve unmet market or client needs and grow business, especially in target markets.
University Qualifications: B tech in Biomedical engineering
• Other certifications obtained: Project Management
• Nature and length of previous experience: 2 year experience as Biomedical Sales Engineer
• Specialist knowledge: Sales, After Sales Follow up, Supervision
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership ability, good negotiator, excellent communication skills, good command of English, Excellent computer skills
• Age Range: 28 – 45
Experience 3 years onwards in the same field.
