Job description

Analysing large NGS datasets (Homo sapiens - WGS, Exome and RNA seq data) - assembly, variant calling, secondary analysis and up to literature writing.

Profound experience in analyzing data generated on Illumina's platforms.

Profound experience in working on the Linux platform.

Proficiency with standard bioinformatics and statistics tools, resources and packages.

Proficiency and programming/scripting experience.

Job Location: Chennai (IIT Madras)
