-Architecture & Structure BIM modelling on Autodesk Revit.

-Implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards.

-Coordinate with Client, Architects, Designers and BIM Technicians.

-Act as Site BIM Coordinator for major projects.

-Provide day-to-day BIM Technical support to the engineers.

-Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit

-Hold regular coordination meetings with project team members.

-3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification. 4D Scheduling / Simulation, conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Autodesk NavisWorks.

-Request for information into the models. Maintain model storage, security and back up. Update incoming information.

-Validate that files are complete and usable and in compliance with applicable protocols. Maintain record copy of each file received
