Job Details :- We are keen to recruit BIM MEP Modeller with a minimum of 2 years of experience. We are a Leading Building Engineering Consultants offering a range of Building specialist services including Building Envelopes/facade Engineering / Advanced Geometry / Architectural Engineering/Building Simulations. Job Descriptions MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) & Structure - 3d BIM modeler with good experiencing in modelling, coordinating, managing team. Able to work for various types of buildings - work independently to create detailed BIM MEP and Structure modelling - Able to understand various MEP drawings / Plans / Sections. - Good knowledge on aspects of building services including HVAC, Mechanical Pipework - Opportunity to work with wide spectrum of design team - Able to collaborate with project team, gain knowledge in wider disciplines. - We are not a outsourcing company, our team will have a good exposure in real projects with deeply involved from design to constructions. Skills and Capabilities -Diploma / Degree in Civil engineering -Min. 2 years experience in MEP BIM modelling and BIM management -ability to work in a given timeframe with less supervision -Good understanding and able to communicate, attend meetings. -Good In English communication, speaking and writing -Willing to relocate to Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai
