We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BIM Engineer to join our team. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support our building and infrastructure projects' design, construction, and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and developing accurate 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate BIM models and resolve clashes or conflicts.
• Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Extracting quantities and generating material takeoffs from BIM models for cost estimation.
• Conducting analysis and simulations using BIM models to assess energy performance and structural integrity.
• Generating project documentation based on BIM models and data.
• Providing training and technical support on BIM software and processes.
• Participating in project coordination meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
• Performing quality checks on BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in implementing BIM on construction projects is preferred.
