Job Description:

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for mechanical engineering and a strong interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM)? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of BIM Modeler/Engineer – Mechanical. In this role, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in creating 3D BIM models of building mechanical systems such as HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing.

 Collaborate with senior BIM Modelers, mechanical engineers, project coordinators, and other team members to integrate mechanical components into building models.

 Support clash detection and resolution activities to ensure seamless coordination of mechanical systems.

 Participate in the generation of shop drawings, schedules, and reports from mechanical BIM models.

 Learn and adhere to established BIM standards and best practices.

 Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and trends.

 Seek guidance and actively participate in mentoring opportunities provided by the team.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering.

 0-2 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably with a focus on mechanical systems.

 Basic proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD
