Job Description:

Perform daily sales order processing and billing tasks.

Making Sales order & Job orders, checking Purchase order.

Communicate courteously with Customers & Sales Engineers by telephone, email, and face-to-face.

Handle Customer complaints.

Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing.

Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

Having the knowledge of Export documentation.

Work on resolution of problem shipments, invoicing issues, and collection of funds from past due accounts.

Managing the customer support department day-today functions.

Prepares booking to carrier and provide up to date shipment information's to clients.

Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
