Job Description :

As a Billing Executive at Swapna Weddings, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes, and providing excellent service at the billing. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer billings accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Generate and verify receipts and other billing documents.

Address customer inquiries regarding billing and pricing in a professional and courteous manner.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination between sales and billing processes.

Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and product pricing.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.

Freshers or Experienced can apply.

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic accounting principles.

Strong numerical and data entry skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
