Responsibilities:

Manage the billing process for the hospital, including generating invoices and statements for services rendered.

Verify and review patient information, medical records, and insurance details to ensure accurate billing.

Resolve billing disputes and inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and insurance companies to resolve billing-related issues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical billing regulations, coding systems, and insurance guidelines.

Utilize billing software to process billing transactions and maintain records.

Generate reports and analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
