Job Description

• Candidate will be responsible for managing cash & operational activities.

• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning / end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

• Have basic knowledge of math’s to receive payments and present change to customers.

• To ensure customer data is collected during billing.

• To ensure billing is done at the correct price of products.

• Provide hard copy of the bills to the customers.

• Provide packing lists to the store manager of require material for full day smooth operation.

• Have good knowledge of computer.

• Answer customer questions as they arise.

• Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves nearby the counter, and keeping the cash counter clean.

• Taking customer suggestions / feedback and forward the same to manager.
