Job Role:

. Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings

• Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings

• Preparation and Certification of RA bills to Government clients

• Identification and preparation of extra items

• Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

• Correspondence with clients regarding variation items, R A bills, Quality related documents

• Cash flow preparation

• Contract knowledge

• Well versed with Maharashtra State Schedule Rates (SSR)

• Taking Joint measurements and this should be self-explanatory

• Preparing all billing records and marinating it

• Proper entering of bills without errors

• Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
