We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Bike Mechanic to join our team in Kuwait. The Bike Mechanic will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of bicycles, ensuring their optimal performance and safety for customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in bike mechanics, a passion for cycling, and the ability to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic assessments of bicycles to identify mechanical issues, damages, or malfunctions.

Perform necessary repairs and adjustments on various bike components, including gears, brakes, chains, and tires, to ensure smooth functionality.

Assemble new bicycles, following manufacturer instructions and technical specifications to guarantee proper setup and alignment.

Install and test bike parts and accessories, such as pedals, saddles, and handlebars, based on customer preferences and specific requirements.

Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance activities, including parts used, labor hours, and services provided, for documentation and billing purposes.

Provide customers with detailed explanations of the repair and maintenance services performed, offering advice on bike care and preventive maintenance measures.

Advise customers on appropriate bike accessories, components, and upgrades to enhance their riding experience and performance.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment, especially when handling sharp tools and working with bike components.

Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in bike technology and repair techniques to stay updated and improve skills in the field.

Assist in the maintenance and organization of the bike repair workshop, including the proper storage and handling of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
