· Overall experience of 13-18 Years with strong Data Engineering and Project Management Experience.

· Should have delivered large scale Data Warehouse, BI, Data Engineering and Analytics projects.

· Strong Experience in Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and also in Cloud preferably.

· Should have enterprise architecture experience and ability to lead technical discussions.

· Excellent Client Management, Communication and Interpersonal skills.

· Should have led large delivery teams in Development and Support, Operations.

· Preferable work experience in the IT Services Industry with large or mid-tier firms.

· Should have led teams of atleast 20 people.

· Good focus on Delivery best practices and should have thorough knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Six Sigma and other practices.
