Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree - Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunications /Industrial
Engineering or adjacent fields preferred
• Minimum 5 years Pre-Sales experience in software industry especially in banking and CRM
• Experience in team management. Minimum 3-5 years previous experience as people manager is a strong asset
• A communicative and highly motivated team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Resourceful and proactive, and driven for further success
• Ability to follow instructions received orally or in written form
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude working in a high pressure environment with challenging deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Job Decsription
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers
• Analysis the RFP (Request for Proposal) issued by Customer, with regards to all economical / financial aspects, and define the bid operational strategy taking into account the commercial strategy
• Reporting in accordance with all applicable requirements and routines
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company, product, and industry through continuous education
