What Youll Do

Lead and manage end-to-end government bidding processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ).

Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to build winning proposals.

Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and regulations.

Drive market research and competitor analysis for government projects.

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and government agencies.

Manage timelines, pricing strategies, and a reusable bid content library.

What Youll Need

MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in bid management (government focus a must)

Strong understanding of IT infra, cybersecurity, software, and cloud solutions

Experience with portals like GEM

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

Familiarity with proposal writing tools and documentation requirements
