Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to lead and manage the bid process for
government projects in our IT service-based company. The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing bid strategies, managing the bid preparation process, ensuring compliance with
government regulations, and overseeing proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute bid strategies for government contracts.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare and submit bids.
Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and requirements.
Lead proposal writing efforts, including technical and financial documentation.
Engage with government stakeholders to gather information and address concerns.
Manage bid submission processes and document tracking.
Conduct post-bid reviews and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in bid management, especially for government projects.
Strong understanding of government procurement regulations and compliance.
Excellent proposal writing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
