Job Brief
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic professional who is willing to work across different areas to support a very fast-growing business. The individual should be able to engage across diverse cultures. The individual should possess good knowledge of marketing & sales, business development, market intelligence and supply chain. The individual should be acquainted with working in the service industry, understanding / knowledge of data centers is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
•MBA or equivalent must
•Engineering degree must
•Work experience of minimum 2-3 years
•Work experience or knowledge of mission critical
•Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player
•Experience working in global environment preferred.
•Expert in IT skills (Microsoft tools) and adept in power point presentations

Key Responsibilities
o Strategic sales & business development support
o Support regional business teams with bid management process to meet sales target for thecompany.
o Review opportunity pipelines and provide market intelligence to business teams
o Review and track competitor movements
o CRM tool management
o P2P process management & coordination
o Work with project teams to understand requirements and co-ordinate within the network(across 140 countries) to source resources for the project. Management of end-to-end process.
o Support in identifying external strategy
