Description

Consultant – BIA, should be able to mentor a team of BIA consultants and deliver analytics projects on a timely manner with high quality. Should be able to manage client relationship and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. This job will based out of Pune/Bangalore/Delhi.

Requirements

Experience on Visualization tools like Datorama, Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE or Power BI

Experience in managing reporting operations and knowledge on visualization.

Good with SQL and data management concepts

Ability to detect data anomalies and perform effective quality checks.

Do predictive modeling like regression, clustering, forecasting etc…

Has hands on knowledge on either R or Python

Worked with agile team structure

Effective communication skills

Good interpersonal and client handling skills

Positive attitude to deal with the platform challenges and politics between parties involved while maintaining focus on the ultimate goal

Requirement gathering and problem solving skills, out of the box thinking to tackle business queries.

Quick learner to understand the specific processes followed by each country and adapt the vanilla process to accommodate regional nuances

Ability to explore any platform and focus on the functionality than a standard procedure, curiosity of achieving the same or better results by challenging the current processes

Proactive communicator, report issues and challenges in time. Speak up when things are not clear

Flexibility to work in different time zones depending on the changing project requirement - Shift Timing 1 PM to 10 PM IST - Monday to Friday.
