Job Position:- Bench Sales US IT Recruiters/Marketer
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Must have good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
- A qualified candidate must have min 1 to 3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B
- Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, career builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Diva, Email groups and also portals.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- Build a strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, and leverage the existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.
