Job Specifications:

Should be hands on experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.

Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.

Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.

Able to manage 5 to 10 junior recruiters.

Identifying the quality matching resumes as per IT requirements.

Expert in dealing with H1B Visa , US Citizens, Green Card/Permanent Residents, OPT/CPT EAD candidates.

Well versed with different tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.

•  Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

•  Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
