Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for getting new leads for Consultants on the bench and maintaining existing prime vendors' relations to enhance business.

• Experience working with Candidates authorized to work in the United States, OPT, H1B, EAD, USC, and GC candidates

• Should be aggressive, excellent team player, and well aware of the technologies in the market

• Should have an understanding of US immigration,

• Have good written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.

• Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and keeping them updated on the submissions and interviews

• Coordinating with the interviews with vendors and clients

• Follow up and complete the placement.
