Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing qualified IT professionals who are currently on the bench. Your main objective will be to connect these candidates with client companies in order to secure employment opportunities for them. You will work closely with the sales team to identify client requirements and match them with suitable candidates. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential candidates who are currently on the bench through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of available resources.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop a comprehensive understanding of the job market and industry trends.

Present candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process.

Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with candidates and clients, including rates, terms, and conditions.

Provide regular updates to candidates on job opportunities, client feedback, and market conditions.

Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and maintain an up-to-date database of candidates.

Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to effectively advise candidates and clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry.

In-depth knowledge of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends.

Strong understanding of the H-1B visa process and compliance requirements.
