Description:
1. Responsible for getting new leads for Consultants on the bench and maintaining existing prime vendors' relations to enhance business.
2. Experience working with Candidates authorized to work in the United States, OPT, H1B, EAD, USC, and GC candidates.
3. Generate requirements from New Vendor relations and Existing vendors through cold calling.
4. A person should have a good background interacting with all levels of IT resources.
5. Should be able to generate leads by cold calling.
6. Should be aggressive, excellent team player and well aware of the technologies in the market
7. Should have an understanding of US immigration.
8. Have good written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
9. Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and keeping them updated on the submissions and interviews.
10. Co-ordinating with the interviews with vendors and clients.
11. Follow up and complete the placement.
12. Should be a very committed, strong achiever, meeting the placement targets.
