Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter - US IT Staffing (Work from Office)

Location: Gachibowli/ HITEC City -- Hyderabad, India

Time: Night Shift (IST) for US Central Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in selling the bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.

Involved in searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations and finalizing contracts.

Involved in calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships.

Negotiating rate with vendors & managing the long-term relations with them.

Must be comfortable working in CST shifts.

Expertise in working with various US Consulting tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099 and US Immigration process like H1B, OPT, Green Card

Strong understanding of technical requirements.

Desired Candidate:

Any graduate. 1 to 3 years of relevant US IT Bench Sales experience.

Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.

Strong analysis to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
