Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift

Salary Range: INR 17,000 to INR 25,000 per month

Job Description:

As a Bench Sales Recruiter at Yuvii Consultancy, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting IT professionals for our clients' bench requirements. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening resumes to scheduling and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential candidates through various sources, including job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience

Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates

Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers

Negotiate salary and other compensation packages with candidates

Maintain a database of potential candidates and client requirements

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop recruitment strategies

Provide regular updates to the management team on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline

Requirements:

Fluent English communication skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

0-3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment (freshers are also welcome)

Ability to work in night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM IST)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good understanding of the IT industry and technologies

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
