Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience while also contributing individually. This role is crucial for identifying and placing our bench consultants in the best-fit positions, including experience with all types of visas, while working directly with Direct Client, Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage with bench candidates across various technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities, focusing on strategic partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of consultants, maintaining open lines of communication with business partners.
Qualifications:
0-2+ years of proven experience in bench sales recruiting, preferably in the IT sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working directly with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and techniques.
Knowledge of visa processes (H-1B, USC, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)and ability to work with candidates on all visa types.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
