Job Description

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to bench candidates.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, availability, and suitability for client requirements.

Bench Management:

Manage and maintain a bench of qualified candidates who are available for immediate deployment.

Regularly update and track the status of bench candidates to ensure timely placement.

Negotiation and Placement:

Negotiate contract terms and conditions with candidates and client companies.

Facilitate the placement process from initial contact through to onboarding and placement confirmation.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and market conditions affecting IT staffing and bench sales.

Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and strategies for growth.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Maintain accurate records of candidate information, placements, contracts, and client communications.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor the performance and progress of placed candidates.

Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with internal teams including recruiters, account managers, and business development professionals.

Coordinate efforts to meet client expectations and achieve business objectives.
