Job Overview:

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting international students, primarily on OPT, CPT and STEM OPT, by helping them secure positions with top IT companies. You will be responsible for marketing, networking, and placing qualified candidates on client projects. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can navigate the complexities of the IT job market and immigration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultant Marketing & Promotion:

o Work closely with international students to understand their technical skills, career goals, and job preferences.

o Actively market bench consultants (IT professionals) to vendors, clients, and staffing partners through calls, emails, and other channels.

o Identify and approach potential employers for job opportunities for consultants.

Vendor & Client Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors, staffing partners, and direct clients.

o Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and match consultants accordingly.

o Build and nurture a strong network of partners to ensure continuous flow of job openings.

Compliance with Immigration & Visa Regulations:
