We are looking for an IT Bench sales recruiter with 4 years of experience in attending to and closing customary and niche positions with ease. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in recruiting for IT skill set.
Responsibilities:
Proven Experience in Bench sales in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099..
Must have good understanding of US staffing business, recruitment sales process.
Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. . From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc., to
Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview . . Schedules & Placing the Consultants at the best deals.
Experience in working with OPT/CPT,H1B, EAD, Green Card
Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier 1 Vendors, Vendors & clients.
Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc., and also other networking Methods.
Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).
Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
