We are looking for an IT Bench sales recruiter with 4 years of experience in attending to and closing customary and niche positions with ease. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in recruiting for IT skill set.
Responsibilities:
�� Proven Experience in Bench sales in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
�� Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
�� Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099..
�� Must have good understanding of US staffing business, recruitment sales process.
�� Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. . From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc., to
�� Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview . . Schedules & Placing the Consultants at the best deals.
�� Experience in working with OPT/CPT,H1B, EAD, Green Card
�� Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
�� Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier 1 Vendors, Vendors & clients.
�� Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc., and also other networking Methods.
�� Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).
�� Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
