Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prime vendors. Ensure regular follow-ups and address any concerns or queries promptly.

Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by successfully placing consultants and negotiating competitive rates.

Communication: Exhibit excellent communication and soft skills to effectively present our consultants to potential clients.

Consultant Support: Provide continuous support to consultants on the bench, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident for interviews.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to effectively position our consultants.

Email Writing: Demonstrate excellent email writing skills to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and vendors.
