Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, fresh graduate in any discipline.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree.

Excellent verbal and email communication skills.

Candidates with internship experience are preferred.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ( ATS) and social media recruiting tools is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Involvement in the full sales and recruitment process for US IT Industry

Good to have client communication. Respond to US vendor and client calls when necessary.

Post resumes on consultants' behalf on a number of Job boards, including Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Career Builder.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Portal

Recognize the terms and conditions of the organisation when executing the purchase orders and ensure that they are understood.

Plan feedback sessions for the candidates who were interviewed.
