Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who is eager to kickstart their career in the fast-paced world of IT staffing. The Entry-Level Bench Sales Recruiter will be an integral part of our team, supporting candidate sourcing, screening, and placement efforts.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
Learn and apply various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
Assist in creating a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
Supporting Bench Management:
Work closely with experienced recruiters to maintain a bench of qualified candidates.
Learn to communicate with candidates regarding skills, preferences, and availability.
Collaborative Client Interaction:
Assist in understanding client requirements and expectations.
Contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Assist in Negotiation and Placement:
Learn the basics of facilitating the negotiation process between clients and candidates.
Provide support in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for placed consultants.
Continuous Learning:
Stay curious and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance recruiting and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Eagerness to learn about the IT industry and recruitment processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
