Ability to handle consultants, vendors and Prime Vendors.

Extensively worked on CPT, OPT, H1-B, GC-EAD, USC and Green Card Holders.

Extremely worked on H1B transfers and OPT profiles.

Generating database through head hunting, networking, referrals, job portals and follow-ups,

Sound knowledge in US Tax terms (Corp-Corp, W2&1099).

Experience in placing consultants on C2C and W-2 positions.

Having good Contact base with the preferred vendors and Prime vendors.

Negotiate the good rates depending on visa status and experience.

Can get good projects for the consultants in various skill sets at their preferred locations ASAP.

Industry experience is in Information Technology, Telecom, Banking, and Manufacturing, Financial, media and Healthcare profiles.

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.

Experience in handling a Team and Training freshers.

Have very good experience on sourcing to find F1, CPT, OPT, H1 Transfer and other visa holders by using LinkedIn, what’s app group and other sites.

Hands on experience on references, Paper work, BGC filling, taking care of the joining formalities, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, Invoice rising and payment follow-up emails.
