Industry experience is in Information Technology, Telecom, Banking, and Manufacturing, Financial, media and Healthcare profiles.

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.

Experience in handling a Team and Training freshers.

Have very good experience on sourcing to find F1, CPT, OPT, H1 Transfer and other visa holders by using LinkedIn, whats app group and other sites.

Hands on experience on references, Paper work, BGC filling, taking care of the joining formalities, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, Invoice rising and payment follow-up emails.
